During his two-year stint with the Blue Jays, he was appointed the offensive coordinator in June of 2022 while also serving as the program's recruiting coordinator.
This past season, the Blue Jays posted an 11-5 overall record with a 5-0 record in the Big Ten Conference to be crowned the Big Ten regular season champs. In 2023, Crawley helped guide the Blue Jays offense to 12.56 goals per game with a .329 shot percentage on the year. The 12.56 goals per game is the second-best average at Hopkins since 2004 and the team's shooting percentage was the highest for Johns Hopkins since 2015. The Blue Jays went 12-6 on the season with a 4-1 conference record. The Blue Jays made it to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before falling to the 2023 National Champions Notre Dame, 12-9.
